Playing catch up!!!

I just posted a bunch cause I have been a little behind! Check it all out...

Our little guy has been growing up so fast and I just had to share the things he has been doing lately for journaling sake!! First off I finally got his 3 month photos done!! I decided to do myself this month, I usually take him to JC Penney and I did that for his 2 months with his blessing outfit and also took some myself and I liked mine a lot better and cheaper! I will still take him there occasionally in the future, but it is nice to know that I have options!! Here are his 3 month shots...

We decided pics with Daddy's fire gear would be fun this month since it was their first Father's day this month! I love how they turned out!

I also wanted to share a few tricks Mitch has picked up...

He is grabbing his feet now, so cute!!! He started doing this on Monday the 22nd of June! He had been trying to do for awhile, but he needed a big group of ladies to show off for to get it done!! My Bachelorette viewing group was really impressed! ;)

This is him a week before really trying to get the fun new toys, he is totally making himself cross eyed!

He is now playing in his play center that Great Grandma Sarah got him and he LOVES it!! We have to put a rolled towel around his middle cause he will slump without it! It is perfect for when Mommy needs to get something done!

AND he has also found his thumb!! He had already been sucking on his fingers, but last night he figured out how to get his thumb! He just chills with it in his mouth now. Not quite sure how we feel about it yet... he has been a great binky baby so far, so we will just have to see how it goes. He is so close to rolling over too!! We are happy that he is growing so well, but wish he would slow down a little! :)

Little Sweetheart!

So we were able to meet our new little niece Kayla Marie (the baby formerly known as Abigail, my nick name for her! LOL! They had originally picked Abigail, but the next day decided against it! Kayla is perfect for her!) She is just the tiniest, sweetest thing! Her little cry kills me!! Mitch is so huge to me now, he was never even her size cause she came out 7lbs 7ozs. & 18 3/4 inches long and looks a lot smaller too!!
We are excited to finally have another girl in the cousin mix, the ratio was being overwhelmed with boys! So now there are 4 boys and 2 girls for Grandma and Grandpa Bills!! Here are some pics of our new little sweetheart..

Meagan's Birthday!

This post is way late, but didn't want it to get by me so Happy Birthday Meagan!!! We all got together for a Birthday lunch at Lonestar(my favorite, I had been telling Meagan about how good it was for awhile so we decided it would be the perfect place for her b-day lunch!) We all had babysitters and they set us up in a private room in the back, so it was a really nice relaxing lunch! Although we think it made it so the rolls were not refilled in a timely manner! LOL! Their rolls are the bomb diggity! We had a great time and I hope this year proves to be a great one for you Meagan! Here are the pics...

Seth's 1st Fathers Day!

Such a special day for us! Seth was off, so we were able to have a really nice day together as a family! I had planned a special surprise for him after church, so on our way home I told him he had to go change into something casual that he can walk around in... he then asked, "why are you taking me to Santa Rosa Plateau???" Are you kidding!!! He totally guessed and was right, I couldn't even hide it! So I said maybe... and then he said "yeah right!" Like there is no way in &*%$ I would do that again, so then I had to defend myself!! Argh! Oh well, he was surprised that I would torture myself that way... so I guess I still surprised him! If you are wondering why he would be so surprised you will have to check out an old post of mine from last year here and you will see why! So anyways, I planned this hike to actually find the Tenaja Falls this time! I knew Seth would love to take his baby boy out into the wilderness and that it would be the perfect Fathers Day gift for him! So I sucked it up and we went out there! When we got there and out of the car.. lo and behold we see the Harris Family!! They had just finished up the hike!! What are the odds of that?!! So random! So I sunscreened Mitch and I up and we got started! Here are the pics..

This pic kills me!! Mitch is gripping onto Seth's fingers, this is how they were the majority of the hike! They just adore each other, I LOVE IT!!

At the Tenaja Falls taking a rest and snack break, Mitch included LOL! Nursing in the wilderness, Seth was so impressed! I could totally be a pioneer... NOT!

Besides the sludgy water, isn't this pretty? The falls were unfortunately only a trickle, but at least we found it this time!

My guys so happy! The hike was a success and actually a lot of fun! The bugs weren't attacking me like the last time and since we were on the actual trail this time we didn't have a ton of stickers in our shoes and socks AND there was a shade on the majority of the trail! That is my kind of hike! Seth was so delighted and really had a great time, I'm glad I did it for him! Once we got home I made him a special Benihana style dinner, it was SO YUMMY!!! And then for dessert Sticky Rice with Mango and Coconut ice cream! Heaven!!! It was super successful and I will be adding the recipes here soon! We had a fantastical day and I'm so thankful for my baby daddy and all he does for us, he is the BEST provider, husband and FATHER! We are truly blessed!

Baby Reunion And Visit With Cousins

On Saturday we had the pleasure of attending Pacific Reproductive Center's(the place we went to for in-vitro)17th Annual Baby Reunion Party! It was fun to go show Mitch off to the staff that helped us concieve him and see all the other little miracles that they have also had a hand in producing! There were so many multiples, it was crazy! They had a super yummy lunch, a whole bunch of carnival rides, balloon guy and a scary puppet guy - the kids liked him tho! ;) Here are some pics!

After the party since we were already in Torrance, we stopped by my Uncle Craig and Aunt Diane's house down the street in Redondo Beach! My cousin Casey was there with his little "BIG" guy Sawyer too, it was fun seeing them and hanging out! Here are pics of that...

This is Mitch and Casey's son Sawyer, he is a BEAST!! He is 8 months old and weighs 30 pounds!! Hunka Hunka burning love! Twice Mitch's size at least, who knows maybe that is what Mitch will be like! I hope not though, cause that kid is HEAVY!! My arms hurt bad enough lugging Mitch around!

Partying it up!

Last Friday night Mitch and I went to a birthday party for Vanessa, who just turned 21! ;) It was SO FUN!!!! They had the best DJ and we danced all night!!! We got so sweaty, reminded me of my clubbin' days! Mitch luckily slept all the way through, which was amazing cause it was really loud - the house was actually shaking! I put him in a room off to the side and he slept like it was no big deal! Taking him to the movies with us is really paying off! The Dix family definitely know how to throw a good party!! It was so fun and here are some pics...

The party babies - Mitch and Kyle! These two are destined to be good buddies, I have a feeling that they will be inseperable! They are 2 months apart, Kyle is the older - hard to tell in this pic!! Excited to watch them grow up together!
