This baby is going to be 1 soon and I am going to cry!! He has grown like crazy this last month and it has been a lot of fun seeing him figure stuff out. He now has 4 teeth, the bottom 2 and the top 2 and he is loves eating with them!! He luckily hasn't figured out how to bite people yet.. and we hope it stays that way! Don't.. don't.. Don't bite your friends! That was for you Yo Gabba Gabba lovers! ;) He still LOVES Yo Gabba Gabba and it is our "go to" when we really need a break! He is officially weened as of 2 weeks ago and is doing SO GOOD! Took him about 3 days, but he now loves his sippy cups of milk. He gives kisses like crazy now, it is so cute and fun!! Sure they are open mouthed and usually accompanied with some snot and slobber, but we love them!! He is also waving goodbye occasionally, usually after the moment is past.. he gets shy when put on the spot! :) Like someone else I know! He dances in the car(so adorable) and trys to sing when others are singing, especially at church. He is finally pulling himself up to his feet in his crib and everywhere else, just started doing these last few days.. he gets so excited and screams as if saying "look what I did!!"! I'm really glad it has taken him so long to do, cause he seems so big now that he is doing it!! He throws anything he can now.. which is great when it is an actual ball, but not so much when it is food. He is becoming more and more picky with food, but is also always on the lookout for something good!! I pulled out a heart sucker to take some 11 month Valentines shots of him and he freaked out till it was in his mouth! He totally knew what it was and wasn't going to be good for any more photos until he had it!! Wish I wouldn't have taken it out so soon AND given in to his tantrum. But I wanted some cute photos, so he won that battle. He has one fiery personality and is already becoming super stubborn, at least at home. In public he seems to know that people are watching.. although sometimes he uses that to his advantage! I know I need to start putting my foot down and stand my ground on stuff.. it is going to be hard, but has to be done! Don't want no short short man getting his way all the time and turning into a little brat! Luckily Seth is really stepping into a "Stern Daddy" role when I need him too, that helps so much! Also that he gives me a lot of breaks when he is home so I can be a good mom when he is not home! I'm excited for this next month and getting ready for his 1st birthday party! I know it is going to go by so fast and I wish I could slow it all down! I need another baby I think! ;) Here are some more pics and video of Mitch this last month..
