Road Trip To Oregon!

We hadn't been to Oregon for awhile to visit Seth's family up there and his Grandma really wanted to see Mitch(she hadn't seen him since he was 4 months old) and was laying the guilt on thick, so we decided to take a road trip! It was a 13 hour drive(without the stops we made), but it wasn't as bad as we were expecting! Thank goodness! Mitch was really good in the car and we made stops for him to get some energy out! AND our iphones really got us through the trip too!! LOVE MY iPHONE!!! We had a great time catching up with family and meeting those I hadn't before and introducing all of them to Mitch! We loved it there and if Seth didn't have his dream job here, I would be pushing to move there! It is GORGEOUS there, my kind of weather! We were there for Mothers Day and it was really nice to be able to go to Seth's Grandma's church with her, it made her day showing us off! :) The family got together a couple times and Mitch was in heaven playing with his 2nd cousins in the beautiful nature! We took a ton of pics of course, these were the best...

And we're off!! This photo make me laugh!

About 4 hours away from our destination we stopped in Redding to get some energy out at my friend Kyra's parents fun center! Just what we needed to make it the rest of the way!

:)

At the Train park, wait for it...
Mitch was so excited! He spotted it the second we pulled into the parking lot! He loved exploring it with Daddy!

At cousin Nick's house taking a ride on his roller coaster, scary!

Cinco De Mayo Fiesta

Our friends the Anderson's had a fun Cinco De Mayo Fiesta for a few families and I pretty much planned our trip to Oregon around it! ;) Was so glad I did, cause it was so fun like I knew it would be! Mitch was ecstatic about the musical toys and the pinata, it was so cute to watch him enjoy it all with his buddies! We have a lot really great friends in our area with awesome kids and it's so nice to be raising him with all of them, he is a better kid for it! We are so glad the Andersons chose to move onto our cul-de-sac especially, we're able to do a lot of playtimes with the kids and help each other with random stuff! IT IS AWESOME! The best Cinco De Mayo ever! ;) Here are the fun pics from the party...

Love it!

Time for the pinata!

Our little mexican hat man!
