What is that baby doing?!

Okay... so I was just checking out my blog and the baby thing on the side bar is really creeping me out!! Not only is the baby in a really weird position(like it is about to mess itself), but it is missing its parts! I don't know if that makes it better or worse?! Anyways, just an observation... sorry if it disturbs you too! I'll have to see what it changes to next week and if it's not any better I think I will have to use a different program!!

Coo Coo for Coco Puffs!!

So I watch "The Bachelor", I haven't missed a season yet! I know, I know! But I can't help it! It always amazes me how people can be so desperate, I can't not watch it!!!! Well this season isn't any better in that department and in particular there is this woman named Shannon who is definitely Coo Coo for Coco Puffs! She is basically the poor guy's stalker! The first night meeting him she rattled off all these facts about him and his family (really attractive to guys by the way, NOT!!) and the look on his face was priceless!!! A cross between "Am I being punked?" and "Help me!" Yet he gave her a rose!!! Seriously?! Every time he was around her he looked so creeped out! I think he was made to keep her on for ratings!! On last week's episode she started freaking out during the rose ceremony and then ran to the bathroom and threw up!! So attractive, yet she still got a rose!! What the WHAT?! Well she was finally sent home tonight! Hallelujah!! Not without crying and begging him for a rose and to not be sent home though, it was pretty snotty(nose juice everywhere) and pitiful! After she didn't get a rose she got happy all of a sudden and her final comment before going home was that she couldn't wait to use her sonic care toothbrush and french kiss her dog... yep, COO COO!! That is why I can't help watching it!!

Argggggghhhhh!

So I woke up at 5am this morning... and I know all of you are thinking "well get used to it, you're having a baby!" But he's not here yet and my body is still ready to give me plenty of sleep, but the new neighbors dog next door is not!!!! I don't know if 5am is the time they leave for work and so they think everyone else should be awake too or what!! It is super frustrating and I cannot handle it! There is a reason our dog doesn't bark because it drives me crazy and we nipped that in the bud as soon as we got her! I took her out to the side yard at 8am and she looked at me like you want me to take care of that dumb dog for you? I'm tempted actually to let her loose on it! She gave a few retorts, but that didn't help the dog be quiet at all! So I told her no, we don't do that! And luckily she is smart enough to understand that that dog is just crazy and didn't make another peep. I went and knocked on their door and rang their doorbell, but no one is home it seems! Seth says we need to wait till we can talk to them before we call animal control, my mom says to turn a hose on it... what do you think? Help me!!!! I cannot do another morning of this!! Argh!

7 months & Getting Bigger!!!!

Our little guy has definitely been making his presence be known this last month!! Seth and I think that people who don't know they're pregnant until they go into labor must be retarded! There is no way you could pass baby movement off as gas or whatever they think it is in this stage!! He has been so active and Seth and I really enjoy watching and feeling his shows! Seth asked me a few days ago if he was hurting me and I told him it doesn't feel good, but it is entertaining and at least we know he's healthy! :) He's gotten to the point where he will get in some really uncomfortable positions where he jabs my ribs and pelvis at the same time!! So weird to feel! And bending over while sitting isn't really an option anymore, I've started sitting spread eagle for comfort if I have to sit straight up! So attractive I know! At this point I can't imagine getting any bigger, but I know it's gonna happen in the 2 months left!! I can hardly move as it is! I'm starting to waddle walk and rolling seems to be the only way to get off the couch, unless Seth is home to help me!! LOL! I feel bad for him because he has to share a queen bed with me and my body pillow now! AND put up with me rolling over, which is a production in itself! He is a trooper! Sleeping has become a tad harder which is probably why I find the need to nap in the afternoon, that is one of the most frustrating things for me! I have a lot to do to get ready for the baby and it's not as easy as it was before to go go go, I get tired way too fast!! But I'm definitely a do-it-myselfer and it's really hard for me to take help with things cause I really enjoy doing things myself! I know it's a bad way to be, but who knows I might feel different about it next month when I'm even more uncomfortable!! My goal is to be done with everything by then though so I can veg and do nothing but wait for this little guys arrival! :) For your viewing pleasure, I have uploaded a video of my growing tummy and the baby making it move... or jiggle! So we have been having some plumbing issues since New Years Eve and haven't been able to use our downstairs bathroom! Yep, every time I've had to pee(which is a lOT!) these last 2 weeks I've had to take on the stairs!!! It has not been fun at all!!! Everything was finally finished up yesterday though and I can now use the downstairs bathroom once again!! Hallelujah!! We were able to get away with Seth doing all the plumbing work luckily, so it wasn't costly! I'm so glad my man is handy! It just took a little longer due to his schedule and the nature of the problems, it would take a whole post to explain, so I will leave it at that!

We are doing a baby prep class on Saturday, the whole day actually! Hopefully it will be fun! We would have liked to do a 4 week class 2 hours at a time, but it is too hard with Seth's schedule so we are just gonna get it all done at once!! They better have some comfy chairs!! I bringing pillows just in case! They asked us to bring an infant size doll or teddy bear... I think a baby doll is a better option for us, I can just see us growling at each other all day!! LOL! It's going to be hard enough to be serious without a bear as a baby! Good times!! Wish us luck!

Our Little Puppy Is 1!

I can't believe it has almost been a year since we got Harley!!! We got her when she was 6 weeks old, so that means she is having a birthday sometime this next week!! I was looking at pics of when we first got her and I can't believe how small she used to be!!! Why can't they stay that sweet little size? She is massive now!! The last time we weighed her she was 66 pounds!! She still acts like a puppy which can be a bit frustrating at her size, but we still love her! I feel bad for her because she doesn't get the exercise that she needs with me, she is so strong and it is too hard for me to handle right now! So she has to wait for Seth, when he gets home she gets SO EXCITED!!!! I'm definitely not her favorite, Seth is by far! :) Oh well, I'm okay with that!!!

And this is her now! I miss her as a little puppy, but she has become a really good looking dog luckily!


We have unfortunately become pretty bad in training her lately due to the holidays and the baby on the way. But we are trying to step it up before the baby gets here so we aren't so worried about her around him! Seth has been working with some firefighters who are dog trainers for search and rescue dogs and they recommended a great book for us to read about how to train your dog and keep them happy, healthy and obedient!
I just finished reading it and it has really awesome info on the dog psyche and how to communicate with your dog better so they understand what you want them to do! I guess dogs really don't know what we are saying... they don't speak English, who knew?! LOL! It says the trick is hand signals, treats, calm one word commands and socializing, that would probably work for some humans too! :) Anyways, we hope that we can give her a good birthday present by helping her understand us better and helping us enjoy her more!! On a side note we watched Marley and Me (in theatres now!) and we really enjoyed it! Good flick for you dog lovers out there! Happy Birthday Harley! And sorry to those who don't appreciate this dog stuff(Kyra - LOL!), I know this post must be excruciating! :)

STOMP!

Last night Seth took me to see STOMP! at the Orange County Performing Arts Center as an early birthday present(really early, my birthday isn't till next month! I should have thought of it for his birthday!), he is too good to me! It was so AWESOME!!! Those people are so talented! It is amazing the music they make out of stuff like trash cans, brooms and paper! We saw it on Broadway in 2003 when we were in New York and it was good then too! They are playing here till this weekend and the prices were really reasonable, if you want more info click here! Also if you want to see a short video of what they do click here! I tried to get it to play on my blog but it wasn't working!! Not only are the sounds really good in Stomp, but it is really interactive and funny!

We had a great time! We went to eat at Maggiano's first, a yummy italian restaurant at South Coast Plaza! It was SO GOOD!!! We shared (it is family style with really big servings) a Chopped salad and the Four Cheese Ravioli in Pesto-Alfredo Sauce! Then we had their Creme Brulee, HEAVEN!!! Then we walked over to the theatre for the the performance, hopefully we burned a little of that delicious dinner off! I really should have taken pics of it, it was so good!!

This is a beached whale! LOL! We thought this was hilarious! I was so full and the seats in the waiting area were huge, very uncomfortable for prego me and totally made awful noises when you sit on them!! This pic makes me laugh so hard cause as you can see the belly is really starting to take over! I love it! Thanks baby for the really fun date night!

Happy Birthday Baby!!!!

My man is another year older today! He is 31 now and he looks like he is 25 and sometimes still acts like it! :) I love that about him! He really knows how to have a good time, he helps me relax and laugh until I cry! He is truly the BEST!!! Watching him and experiencing things with him this last year has been so awesome, I can't believe how blessed I am to have him as my husband and BFF! He is so hard working and would do anything to support me and the family we are growing. He has become such a great example to me and others of what it means to have the Priesthood! I watch in awe and he puts smiles on the kids at church and see how much they adore him and vice versa! He is going to be the BEST DAD!! He is so good with kids and he looks forward to hanging out with our friends and family in order to get a chance to interact with them! I love watching it! AND he is SO HOT!!! I love that he doesn't even realize it, even though I tell him everyday!! He gets so shy when complemented and I'm so glad that he is that way and doesn't have a super size ego, makes him even hotter!!! He gets really embarrassed when I post pics of him, so for his birthday I will not post one - this is hard for me because I have the perfect one!!! But I will wait till later! :) Happy Birthday Baby, I love you and you are everything to me!

Going Private in this New Year!

Happy New Year!! I spent my New Years Eve with my family playing games and EATING of course! :) I didn't get pics, I decided to relax and my sisters got enough that I can steal later!! Seth had to unfortunately work, but he got home this morning and we were able to have a nice breakfast and enjoy some of the parade together. We weren't able to enjoy all of it because we are again having issues with our DISH Network! We wore out another hard drive on the receiver box! We had received a brand new one in July!! I guess we watch too much TV. Maybe we should have a New Years Resolution about that... yeah probably not! :)

We have decided to have our Blog go private this year, before our little guy gets here! We have heard a few horror stories and decided we would rather be safer than sorry! It won't go into effect until February 1st though, so I have time to get everyone added that wants to be - just wanted to get the news out there!
