Valentines Date

We had a fun Valentines day & date this year! We celebrated the day before Valentines, since Seth worked on actual Valentines day and to be honest it didn't make a difference!! It was actually better cause it wasn't as busy!!! Thanks Traci for watching our little man for us, we needed a good date night and we got it!! :)

FUGITIVE!!

We had a really fun date night a few weeks ago with some good friends and it was a blast and a workout all in one! We seperated into teams - boys against girls and took turns being chased down! The object is for the "fugitives" to get from a point A to B on foot while not getting caught by the "cops" in their cars! Basically you are hiding in bushes and diving into things any time a car drives by!! LOL! AND it was raining like crazy, made it more fun! The boys went first and we found 2 of them and then the girls went and we made it all back!! Woop woop!! Girls rock!! The boys went again and we got 3 of them! ;) Fun and CHEAP, can't beat it!! Thanks for putting together Emily and Todd! Here are a few pics from the fun night..

Cafe Rio and a Balloon Ride!

I had a fun ladies night over a month ago with some of my girlfriends, it was so fun!! AND YUMMY!! Cafe Rio is now in Cali and it is GOOOOOOD!! So yummy! I forgot how much I had liked when I tried while visiting Utah!! Their classic salad with pork is the BOMB! It was packed full of people, but it was worth the wait!! They even have awesome dyson hand dryers in the bathrooms! Afterwards we went to the Great Park in Irvine where they have a FREE Hot Air Balloon ride! It goes up 500ft, it stays tethered to the ground though. It was awesome, especially at night! We almost weren't able to go, they had put out a sign that said it was closed.. but we worked our magic and we made it on the last ride of the night! HOLLA!! FYI we were really nice, jerkiness gets you nowhere! ;) Just sayin! If you are interested in going they do it on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. If the weather isn't good they don't do the balloon tho, there is a # to call to check on that before you go on this website.. http://www.ocgp.org/ where you can also get other info as well! Can't wait to go back with Seth! We had a great time and I'm thankful, as ALWAYS for a good ladies night! Even though I had to bring Mitch this time, luckily he was a good boy.. thanks ladies for letting me bring him AND helping me with him! You did a FANTASTIC job planning your first Girls Night Traci!! ;) These are the things I will remember about this fun night... falling back in between the carseats in Traci's car(always so ladylike! LOL!), Sarah practically laying on the floor of the balloon(she was brave and came on it.. but wouldn't stand up!;)), Danny the balloon guy who is looking for a girlfriend, how much Kyra would rather be watching Cougar Town than being with us(LOL!! Love you Kyra!) and the guy who got up on that bike to just impress us I think!! Love it all! Here are the pics...
